Your privacy.

How information is handled on the Rezz website.

Exploring the website

The marketing site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Its fonts, images, and videos are served with the website. Our hosting infrastructure processes requests needed to deliver the site, which can include technical details such as an IP address and browser information.

Trying a demo

The homepage’s interactive demos use fictional data and keep changes in the current page’s memory. They do not send texts, make calls, or save real bookings. Reloading the page resets those changes. Please use sample names and details.

Contacting us

When you submit the Get Rezz form, your name, email address, restaurant details, and any optional message or phone number are sent through EmailJS and our connected email provider to sales@rezztime.com. We use them to respond to your enquiry. EmailJS also processes technical request information needed to deliver the message. Nothing is sent until you submit the form. Please include only information needed for your enquiry. Direct email links open your email application.

Using the restaurant app

The signed-in host stand and guest booking pages are operational services, separate from the marketing demo. A reservation can include a guest’s name, callback number, party size, visit details, preferences, and notes. Staff access uses authentication cookies. Optional text messaging and AI phone answering involve the restaurant’s configured providers. Text consent is separate from booking a table.

For help with an existing reservation or its information, contact the restaurant directly. For questions about Rezz’s handling of information or a privacy request, email support@rezztime.com.
